Fork Seasons restaurant brand and website
Fork Seasons is a multicultural Asian-fusion restaurant inside Hilltop Inn in Salmon Arm. Mann.digital translated the founders' cross-cultural culinary story into a warm brand and a website designed to help local diners understand the menu and find the restaurant.

What needed to change?
The restaurant opened without a complete brand system, website, or established digital footprint. Its strongest differentiator—the founders' experience and a menu spanning several Asian culinary traditions—was difficult to communicate through word of mouth alone.
The approach
How did we solve it?
We created the visual foundation, organized a large menu for online browsing, shaped the story around the people and food, and built a photography-led site with clear location and contact information. The launch system also included menu design, social setup, photography direction, and Google Business Profile support.

Strategy behind the work
Three decisions that shaped the project
Lead with the menu, support it with the story
Diners need quick access to food and practical details, while the founder story provides the emotional reason to remember the restaurant.
Use one visual system across touchpoints
The website, menu, photography direction, and social launch assets were designed to feel like one restaurant rather than separate projects.
Make local information explicit
The restaurant's location inside a hotel required clear, repeated context so first-time diners could understand where to go.
