This page lists every cookie and piece of browser storage manndigital.ca uses, what it does, and how long it lasts. We run our own first-party analytics — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party tracking cookies — and nothing beyond the strictly necessary items is set without your consent.
2. What we set

The md_visitor_id cookie is HTTP-only and never readable by scripts. Our analytics do not store your IP address, and analytics records are deleted after 180 days. Conversations with our website AI assistant are deleted after 90 days. See the Privacy Policy for full detail on what consent-based analytics collect.
3. Third-party cookies
We do not embed third-party analytics or advertising trackers on our pages. Two situations can involve cookies set by other companies:
- Stripe— if you pay an invoice or manage billing, Stripe’s hosted pages set their own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention, governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
- External links — links to social platforms and other sites take you to services with their own cookie practices. We do not load their trackers on our pages.
4. Managing your choices
You can change your analytics consent at any time. Declining removes the analytics visitor identifier and session data from your browser and stops all analytics collection immediately.
You can also clear or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary items may prevent the client portal login from working, but the public website will function normally.
