Fork Seasons
Where every dish tells a story across cultures
📍 Salmon Arm, BC•forkseasons.ca ↗
A multicultural Asian fusion restaurant nestled inside Hilltop Inn, Salmon Arm — brought to life online with a brand presence as layered and intentional as its menu.
The Story
Chef Maria Morena spent years honing her craft at the five-star Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore before moving to Canada with her husband Surinder Deo. Drawing from Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, and other Southeast Asian traditions, they opened Fork Seasons — a restaurant where authenticity and adventure share every plate. The challenge: translate that rich story and culinary depth into a digital presence that could cut through in a small market.
The Challenge
No brand system, no website, no digital footprint. The restaurant's story — two immigrants building something extraordinary in rural BC — was invisible online. Attracting diners beyond word-of-mouth required a complete digital foundation.
The Approach
We built a full brand system from scratch: visual identity rooted in the warm, earthy tones of pan-Asian cuisine, a photography-first website that leads with menu storytelling, and a social media foundation to grow community around the chef's personal culinary journey.
